Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the entire Marketing Team to build a cross-functional workflow to support product launches and other strategic initiatives;
- Grow distribution across all owned channels including social channels;
- Analyze content performance and make content creation recommendations supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy;
- Develop and maintain the strategy for content creation and its place in our marketing funnel and in customer engagement/retention;
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and make recommendations on campaign strategy;
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in digital marketing, ideal candidate would be from startups.
- Strong Growth Hacking mindset is a big plus.
- Hands on with making content creation recommendations supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy;
- Hands on with managing Google Adwords PPC campaigns;
- Advanced knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Salesforce..etc
- Strong copywriting skills for content operation
- Strong Chinese and English skills is a big plus
