Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility throughout the project life-cycle including requirements definition, business analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
- Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources, to ensure that quality solutions are delivered within time and cost constraints
- Establish detailed and realistic project scopes after identifying and validating both business and technical parameters
- Assure quality in deliverables by closely managing project implementation, communicating efficiently with different parties, identifying project risks in advance, running comprehensive QA tests; maintaining a clear set of project and technical documentations
- Prepare project status reports and presentations to keep management, customers and others informed of the project status and issues
- Build and manage client relationships
- Mentor staff with a hands-on approach and foster a learning and growth environment
- Identify and manage Change Request, from scoping to delivery
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Computer Science, IT or discipline is preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software development project in which at least 2 years assuming the role of Solution Consultant or Project Manager
- Experience in CRM / ERP, e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions in a consulting environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Knowledge of Project Management Practice procedures, tools and deliverables
- Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues
- Good problem-solving, organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferred
