Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Software Testing and Quality Assurance process
- Work with different BUs for testing strategy, planning , define criteria for testing and agree with stakeholders
- Manage to create and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test procedures
- Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, experience in the Finance sector is a plus
- Solid background from manual, automation, performance, security testing
- Testing experience in banking / insurance products would be a huge plus
- Solid project management and delivery experience
- Proactive, open-mined, result-oriented
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
