Responsibilities
- Conduct business / technical requirements gathering sessions to produce Business Process Flow and Functional Requirement related documentation
- Analyze requirements to produce Solution and Technical Design related documentations
- Review current & future business process with stakeholders to ensure the To-Be Business Processes are effectively mapped with Solution/Technical Design
- Effectively communication with key stakeholders and lead the team to deliver the solution
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Information System or equivalent majors
- At least 6 years of solid experience in Salesforce, cloud application and system integration is preferable
- Strong consulting experience and communication skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Creative, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized
- Experience in leading team
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
