How it works

Fee Schedule

We charge a standard percentage of the annual remuneration, which shall be paid within 30 days from the start date of the employment of Candidates. No other hidden fees.

Candidate Sourcing

After learning more about your future hiring plans and the job requirements at the consultation meeting, our recruitment team would kickstart the candidate sourcing process and send over the potential candidate profiles for selection in 24 hours.

Guaranteed Period

If the employment contract is terminated by either party within 2 months after the onboarding date, we will find a replacement for you within two weeks. If failed, 50% of the consultancy fee shall be refunded.
