Key Responsibilities

• Champion AI adoption initiatives and promote best practices across teams
• Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
• Assess, prioritize, and recommend AI solutions based on business value and operational impact
• Define AI implementation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive successful AI initiatives
• Monitor performance and continuously refine AI-enabled processes and workflows
• Identify opportunities to enhance products and services through AI capabilities
• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable product requirements
• Partner with Engineering teams to deliver AI solutions from concept through implementation
• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and market trends to support innovation
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support organizational adoption of AI solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience utilizing AI tools within business environments
• Proven ability to analyze business challenges and recommend technology-based solutions
• Strong product mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing requirements, prioritization, and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement
• Passion for AI technologies and emerging digital trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Dify, Cursor, or equivalent tools
• Experience within B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
• Understanding of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and automation concepts
• Experience working closely with software development teams
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination experience across multiple business functions
