Key responsibilities

• Document and map interfaces between legacy and new systems to ensure smooth integration and reliable data exchange
• Execute end‑to‑end software development lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Drive product development initiatives and deliver innovative technical solutions
• Prepare and maintain detailed testing documentation to uphold quality standards and meet project timelines
• Develop user guides and manuals to support adoption and maximize effective use of new systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web application development with responsive design and system integration focus
• Strong, proven hands‑on expertise in Java, PHP, Python, RESTful APIs, SQL, and shell scripting
• Familiarity with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Power Platform, PowerBuilder, Sybase database, Jira, and test automation tools is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex system challenges
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Onsite presence in Hong Kong, with flexibility to support after‑hours and weekend migration/cutover activities
