Responsibilities :

• Design seamless end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive the design and rollout of diverse FinTech initiatives, including cloud-based platforms, central bank digital currencies, and cross-border DLT integration
• Collect, evaluate, document, and confirm business stakeholders’ requirements to ensure alignment with project goals
• Support system implementation through scripting, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment of FinTech solutions
• Contribute to project management by monitoring scope, progress, budget, resources, and stakeholder expectations to achieve timely and cost effective delivery
• Assist in coordinating with vendors to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
• Prepare project status updates by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and performance metrics.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in system development or infrastructure setup — minimum 8 years in the financial industry for Architect roles, and at least 5 years for Senior Specialist positions
• Proven background in cloud infrastructure design and/or application rollout
• Skilled in Java, Spring Boot, Terraform, Ansible, Nginx, API integration (RESTful / SOAP), and relational databases such as MySQL
• Strong understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript, blockchain frameworks (Hyperledger or Ethereum), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices (on public cloud or on-premises), Docker, Kubernetes, encryption methods (symmetric and asymmetric), and SSL/TLS protocols is highly desirable
• Practical experience with cloud technologies will be considered a significant advantage
• Passionate about exploring and adopting emerging technologies
• Capable of producing clear and precise technical documentation
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred
