Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and establishment of standards for office and retail network infrastructure, ensuring smooth delivery, operations, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collect and analyze network performance data, conduct in-depth monitoring, and drive continuous optimization.
• Develop tailored network solutions aligned with business needs, while enhancing efficiency in network deployment.
• Champion the integration of AI technologies into network management, advancing automation and elevating network intelligence.
• Maintain and update network diagrams and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong capability in managing wired and wireless networks, with familiarity across major brands such as Aruba, Huawei, and Cisco.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in platform development.
• Proficient in Python and frameworks like Django.
• Hands-on experience in developing network automation solutions.
• Skilled in configuring monitoring and alert systems, particularly using the TIG stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana).
• CCIE or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to driving automation and intelligent network operations.
