Assistant Technical Services Manager (Network)

Responsibilities

To be a team member of Information Technology Department
Handling of network project with agreed schedule
Designs, implements and troubleshoots network and security related issues
Perform network related tasks, in order to provide effective and efficient network systems. (e.g. patches, EOS monitoring, tuning, security baseline review, capacity planning, upgrade)
Streamlining operation procedures with reference to ITD policies, standards & guidelines

Requirements

Degree of Computer Science or equivalent
Over 5 years’ network experience preferable
At least 3 year in managing Internet facing network environment and security products;
With CCNA or CCNP preferable
With CISA or CISSP preferable
With knowledge in IPS/IDS, WAF, Load Balancer, DDOS service, Proxy, APT
With knowledge of Project handling and scheduling
In-depth knowledge in IT infrastructure services;
A good team player with good communication skills and risk awareness;
With knowledge of banking and financial preferable
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Less Experienced Candidate will be considered as "Senior Technical Services Officer (Network)"
