Assistant Technical Services Manager /Technical Services Manager (Network)

University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
5+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in enterprise or carrier network support, ideally in banking/finance
Network infrastructure expertise covering operations and support roles
Knowledge of IT services including network and cybersecurity
Firewall experience with major products such as CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Hillstone
LAN/WAN knowledge with routing and switching support
Monitoring tools experience using systems like ManageEngine OpManager and SolarWinds NPM
Professional certifications such as CCSA, NSE4, PCNSA, CCIE, CCNP, HCIE, HCIP advantageous but not mandatory
Project management skills with proven IT infrastructure project delivery experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Language proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
