Job Responsibilities

• ‍Deliver technical support for pre-sales proposals related to the enterprise private network BOSS platform, ensuring solutions are tailored to customer requirements.
• Oversee technical management during project delivery, addressing challenges and resolving critical issues after implementation.
• Conduct system interfacing, debugging, and integration activities between the BOSS platform and the core telecom network.
• Design and plan business processes, implement solutions, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation based on the BOSS system.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to achieve technical alignment, manage testing procedures, supervise acceptance processes, and ensure delivery milestones are met.

Candidate Requirements

• ‍Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of three years of project experience in relevant fields.
• Have at least one year of practical experience in managing network systems.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Exhibit excellent analytical ability, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication competence.
• Possess a solid understanding of telecom billing processes, including account creation and SIM card issuance.
• Be familiar with the architecture of CRM and billing systems used by telecom operators.
• Understand the interaction logic among CRM, analytics systems, settlement platforms, and the core network.
• Be proficient in daily operational workflows such as service activation, billing integration, and customer work order management.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for appointment as Senior Engineer.
