Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for platform solutions supporting distribution channels such as agents, brokers, and banks.
• Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Support and perform UAT activities including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Prepare business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows to support project execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen communication across teams.

Requirements

• Possess 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within insurance or financial services, with insurance background preferred but not mandatory.
• Have a solid understanding of IT systems and platforms, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Show strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a Hong Kong-based team environment.
• Bring hands-on exposure to user acceptance testing and defect management.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
