Business Analyst
Job Description
• Understand the needs to facilitate and balance the requirements among stakeholders
• Recommend feasible solutions to the stakeholders
• Bridge the communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the technical solution can address the business needs well
• Measure and analyze the launched features in order to provide feedback and insights to stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive application projects in Agile/ Hybrid methodology with exposure across D365 (F&O, CRM, Supply Chain), E-commerce etc.
• Ensure projects to be on-time and on-scope delivery.
• Provide IT directions and solutions on business requirements and operation challenges.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Business/ System Analysis
• Experience in whole software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in ERP implementation (D365 is a huge plus)
• Good command in Chinese and English
