Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Collect and document business requirement, analyze and develop software solutions according to software development lifecycle
Assist project manager to manage the whole project cycle, including analysing clients’ requirement, monitoring project schedule and deliverables
Work closely with the internal and external resources, different stakeholders to ensure the project are delivered within timeline, scope and budget
Work closely with end-users to perform SIT, UAT and Production rollout and support
Responsible for other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
Bachelor in Information Technology/Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of IT experience, in which at least 2 years as Business Analyst or equivalent;
Completed at least 1 workflow project for bureaus, departments or agencies of HKSAR in the last 5 years
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication (both written and oral) skills.
Strong vendor & stakeholder management, flexible and ability to learn and challenge
Self-motivated and able to work independently
