Business Manager
About the Job:
Procurement & Vendor Management
Lead IT procurement team to review and improve the existing procurement framework, including the processes, procedures and policies
Identify and implement innovative procurement solutions and change initiatives that provide tangible savings, process efficiencies and enhance business performance for Business Units.
Build up vendor management framework, sources new competitive vendors and establish long-term partnership
Negotiate the best commercial terms with new and existing vendors
Perform risk management and mitigation especially for IT contracts review and IT related compliance changes updates
*Business Management*
Support CIO on departmental budget, resource planning, people strategy and administration work
Stakeholder management- coordinate with different IT teams and stakeholders to monitor and track progress of IT projects / main initiatives
Prepare reports and presentation materials for management meetings
Requirements:
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Contract Management and/or related disciplines
Qualification in professional accounting or law body will be an advantage
Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in IT / procurement related field and 2 years or above in supervisory role
With project management experience would be an advantage
Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
Good Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong supervisory and coaching skills
Able to speak Mandarin
