Business Manager (IT Procument)
About the Job :
Procurement & Vendor Management
Lead IT procurement team to review and improve the existing procurement framework, including the processes, procedures and policies
Identify and implement innovative procurement solutions and change initiatives that provide tangible savings, process efficiencies and enhance business performance for Business Units.
Build up vendor management framework, sources new competitive vendors and establish long-term partnership
Negotiate the best commercial terms with new and existing vendors
Perform risk management and mitigation especially for IT contracts review and IT related compliance changes updates
Business Management
Support CIO on people strategy, departmental budget, resource planning and administrative support
Manage stakeholders for IT projects / key initiatives monitoring
Prepare reports and presentation materials for management meetings
Requirements:
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Contract Management and/or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in IT business management or procurement and 2 years or which in supervisory role
Possess project management experience would be an advantage
Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
Good Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong supervisory and coaching skills
Able to speak Mandarin
