Business Valuation Manager
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and promote business ties with clients across key businesses and support functions
Lead execution team for business valuations, intangible asset valuations, financial asset valuations and purchase price allocations etc.
Provide advisory services to businesses and follow up with clients proactively
Work with management to develop business development plans and follow up with the execution
Maintain in-house research database
Coach junior team members & perform ad-hoc reports and presentations
Requirements:
Degree holder with major in accounting, finance, financial engineering or other financial related disciplines
Preferably has professional qualifications, such as CPA and CFA, etc.
At least 5 years relevant working experience (candidates with less experience will also be considered Assistant Manager)
Strong analytical, strategic and commercial experience
Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
Immediate available is highly preferred.
