Responsibilities :

• Assess the requirements of telecom enterprises for network, computing, and storage infrastructure in R&D and operations, and take charge of system research and architectural design for cloud platforms and related solutions.
• Translate business scenario needs into effective tools and solutions, enhancing usability, reliability, and operational efficiency of cloud and database products.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of cloud-native technologies, ensuring continuous improvements in system stability, performance, cost-effectiveness, scalability, availability, and maintainability.
• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade database products, building advanced distributed OLTP/HTAP solutions.
• Strengthen competitiveness within the database ecosystem by addressing management challenges across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, and by developing cutting-edge database management platforms and solutions.

Requirements : 

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines preferred.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in system-related fields.
• Hands-on experience with server virtualization and cloud frameworks such as KVM, Xen, and OpenStack; project delivery involving load balancers, VPN gateways (IPsec, SSL), and routers.
• Skilled in managing relational databases (MySQL/Oracle) and non-relational databases (Redis/MongoDB).
• Proven track record in delivering projects with open-source technologies like Kubernetes (k8s) and OpenStack; large-scale project management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) in both development and operations.
• Practical experience in configuration and on-site implementation across at least four areas: networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, disaster recovery, and information security.
• Strong grasp of distributed system and network principles, with project experience in scalability, high availability, distribution, and security.
• Holding two or more professional certifications such as AWS Data Engineer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Huawei HCIP, or equivalent is preferred.
