Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust cloud governance framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in cloud operations, ensuring services remain within defined risk tolerances.
• Oversee and maintain accurate documentation of cloud resources and asset inventories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate cloud capacity needs and monitor resource utilization in line with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with cloud service providers and external partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs and governance policies.
• Provide training and guidance to technical teams and stakeholders on governance policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Continuously monitor cloud operations, ensuring compliance with governance standards and driving ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, including: At least 2 years in cloud governance, compliance, and risk management, At least 5 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alicloud) and industry standards.
• Proven project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Relevant cloud certifications or professional qualifications.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese; proficient in written and reading English.
• Strong ability to interpret regulatory guidelines, market practices, and technical materials.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure.
