Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design and delivery of risk control features and workflows, from concept through launch and iteration
• Translate complex risk scenarios into clear, actionable product requirements and high-fidelity prototypes
• Drive data-driven evolution of the platform, including risk signals, decision engines, monitoring dashboards, and automation tools
• Optimize KYC and onboarding workflows by simplifying processes, improving UX, and addressing conversion bottlenecks to deliver seamless, compliant journeys for global users
• Partner with compliance, operations, data science, and business units to integrate and strengthen risk controls across all fiat products
• Identify emerging fraud patterns, quantify impact, and rapidly ship effective countermeasures
• Continuously measure effectiveness (false positives, detection rates, loss prevention, conversion impact) and iterate based on real-world performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in risk control, anti-fraud, or transaction risk within fintech, payments, banking, or crypto
• Proven success optimizing KYC processes, improving conversion rates, and managing global workflows across diverse regulatory environments
• Track record of shipping data-heavy products or features, with backgrounds in product management or business analysis both welcome
• Proficiency with product tools such as Figma, Axure, Jira, and writing detailed PRDs
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfortable working with SQL, transaction logs, and behavioral data
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
