Contract IT Technical Services Manager/Senior System Programmer (Mainframe)

Responsibilities
- Perform system administration including installation, performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery drill and security administration
- OS and system related product maintenance management such as product upgrade and patches
- Provide 7x24 technical support
- Capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning on system area
- Analysing and managing system resources usage
- Technology review on z/OS and related system tools
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Technical Support functions
- Minimum 7 years’ Systems Programming experience in z/OS, CICS, IMS, TCPIP, VTAM, scheduling tools, monitoring tools and HOD
- Strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure
- Understanding financial business and banking field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
