Key Responsibilities

• ‍Provide support and development for applications utilized by the authority.
• Deliver system maintenance and troubleshooting, including occasional after-hours support when required.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and contribute to special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• ‍Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in system development.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in deploying, administering, and maintaining on-premises Red Hat OpenShift Container Platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency across: Microservices design and architecture, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, MyBatis, JPA, Gradle, GitLab, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools, Oracle RAC and PL/SQL programming
• Additional exposure to the following will be advantageous: CI/CD pipeline management with Jenkins and OpenShift, Tomcat and Nginx servers, RabbitMQ, Redis, ELK stack, Automated testing tools such as JUnit, Playwright, Jest, or similar
• Capable of handling requirement gathering, system design, coding, testing, and deployment independently.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• Exceptional candidates may be considered for appointment as Senior Systems Analyst.
