Cyber Security Manager
Major Responsibilities
- Lead a team to implement cyber security initiatives, e.g. PIM, SIEM, DLP, EDR, EUBA, etc.
- Plan, design and implement appropriate technological solutions to defend cyber attack and intrusion
- Devise procedures and processes for monitoring and logging of security events for analytic process and investigation
- Coordinate with network, system, security, operation and development teams for implementation of control measures for cyber resilience enhancement
- Work closely with outsourcing partners on delivery of vendor’s solutions of cyber security initiatives
- Define and maintain standards and guidelines for configuration and set-up of system infrastructure for cyber security solutions
- Evaluate and assess emerging technologies to address the changing risk of cyber threats
- Implement and support different security tools/packages on various system platforms and architecture
- Implement system security solutions in accordance with the guidelines and principle of Cyber Resilience Assessment Framework (C-RAF) issued by the HKMA
- Upgrade and maintain secure system environments to cope with prevalent cyber resilience threats
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
- University education preferably in information technology, cyber security, computer science or related disciplines
- With over 8 years of relevant experience preferably in financial institutions with at least 4 years at managerial level
- Experience in designing, executing and supporting cyber security initiatives, preferably with exposure in the areas of network security, application security, endpoint security, data security, identity management, database and infrastructure security, container security or cloud security
- Excellent knowledge of security solution technologies and current cyber security trends
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to the delivery of quality work
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent problem solving, supervisory and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
