Delivery Lead
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional project requirements.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any identified issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a delivery lead, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proficient in requirements analysis, documentation, and system integration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendor(s).
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals..
Having prior experience with MCRA projects is considered an advantage.
