Responsibilities

• Organize the development of management goals and plans for quality and effectiveness evaluation of the middle platform.
• Develop policies and operational management systems for the capability middle platform, optimize business operation processes, and oversee planning, compilation, issuance, implementation, and monitoring of these policies.
• Collaborate on capability middle platform planning, scenario specification development, and implementation.
• Lead operational analysis and optimization of the capability middle platform.
• Manage the construction and operations of the capability middle platform, and promote its capabilities and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in platform product management, middle platform development, or microservices architecture governance.
• Strong knowledge of distributed technologies such as microservices, API gateways, and service meshes.
• Proven ability to plan, design, and operate platform-based products, with a solid understanding of measuring and enhancing platform value.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
