Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of core AI scenarios including precision marketing, frontline services, intelligent customer service, intelligent risk control, and automated operations, delivering tailored technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Drive the planning of centralized capability architectures for large-scale business support systems, select AI technology stacks, and build comprehensive end-to-end AI engineering platforms.
• Optimize AI model efficiency and cost-effectiveness by designing solutions for model compression, inference acceleration, and resource scheduling to support high-concurrency AI services.
• Establish governance standards for AI architecture, define model version management practices, implement data privacy safeguards, and enforce AI ethics review mechanisms to ensure compliance.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies such as large model fine-tuning and generative AI applications, evaluate their business value, prepare research reports, and lead pilot initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Application Technology, Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems, or a related discipline.
• Possess more than eight years of professional experience, including at least three years in AI-focused roles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks, MLOps toolchains, and big data technologies, with familiarity in large model fine-tuning methods such as LoRA and QLoRA, as well as deployment techniques.
• Be skilled in algorithm development and engineering using specialized tools, knowledgeable in cloud-native deployment and monitoring, and capable of applying architectural design tools.
• Exhibit strong technical integration capabilities and business insight to align AI technologies with business support scenarios, with proven ability to coordinate across algorithm, development, and business teams.
• Preferably hold AI-related certifications such as Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, or have experience implementing large-scale models in enterprise systems.
• Show proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
