Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design of integrated IT system architecture, create comprehensive architecture blueprints, and produce detailed design documentation.
• Address complex technical challenges in integrated systems, including cross-domain integration, high-concurrency processing, data consistency, and disaster recovery, ensuring systems remain highly available, scalable, and performant.
• Establish and enforce an architecture governance framework, define coding standards, implement architecture review processes, conduct compliance checks, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous evolution of system architecture.
• Lead technology research and innovation initiatives, monitor emerging technologies such as cloud-native and low-code platforms, assess feasibility for adoption, prepare research reports, and guide implementation.
• Provide leadership to development teams in executing architecture designs, deliver solutions to technical challenges, and foster architectural thinking across the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a PhD in Computer Science, Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess more than eight years of experience in telecom operator IT systems such as BOSS, CRM, or billing platforms, with involvement in major business support system projects and familiarity with telecom industry business rules including package design, billing logic, and customer service processes.
• Demonstrate expertise in distributed architecture, cloud-native technology stacks, and distributed middleware, with mastery of architecture design methodologies and hands-on experience in building and optimizing high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
• Be skilled in the use of architectural design tools, performance testing tools, and possess practical coding capabilities.
• Preferably hold architect certifications such as TOGAF or AWS/Azure Cloud Architect, or have experience contributing to large-scale open-source projects.
• Exhibit strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
