Digital Platform Governance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of centralized data architecture for large-scale IT systems, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models, and establish consistent naming conventions to support operations and decision-making.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data standards framework covering modeling, coding, metadata, and quality standards; drive cross-domain standardization to eliminate silos.
- Design and enforce data security frameworks, including classification, categorization, and access control strategies (e.g., de-identification, permission management) to ensure compliance with data security and privacy laws.
- Optimize data processing performance through partitioning, indexing, and scheduling solutions for big data volumes (TB/PB scale) and high-throughput scenarios.
- Drive data architecture implementation by coordinating with development and business teams, conducting model reviews, and executing governance practices to establish a robust design methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in telecom IT systems (BOSS/CRM/billing), with involvement in major business support projects and strong knowledge of telecom industry rules (e.g., package design, billing logic, customer service processes).
- Proficient in distributed architecture, cloud-native technology stacks, and middleware; strong mastery of architecture design methodologies; hands-on experience with high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
- Skilled in architecture design and performance testing tools, with basic coding capabilities.
- Preferably certified in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Cloud Architect) or experienced in large-scale open-source projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
