End User Support Services (AV)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to end‑users in effectively using computing facilities and software, including desktops, monitors, peripherals, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, LAN/Wi‑Fi, local servers/storage, AV equipment, and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Office, Adobe DC, and other common PC/mobile software.
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Desk to restore normal operations quickly after incidents.
  • Deliver IT services for requests requiring on‑site activities.
  • Attend workplace incidents that cannot be resolved remotely and provide on‑site support as needed.
  • Offer mandatory on‑site support across company premises or other designated locations when requested.
  • Maintain and update documentation for knowledge sharing and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide SOP lists for evaluation purposes.
  • Conduct IT and AV support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware, networks, software installation/setup, and coordinate with vendors to restore services promptly.
  • Assist with hardware/software changes and updates.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for workplace hardware, software, and office automation equipment.
  • Report support details and status to the IT Service Desk or online portal.
  • Obtain end‑user acceptance upon service fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma from a registered post‑secondary college or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge or experience with office automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, browsers, scanning software) and ability to configure/troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals such as printers.
  • Hands‑on knowledge and experience with AVoIP, Crestron, Shure, and Logitech products is essential.
  • Experience with IT and AV systems for events, video conferencing, and live broadcasting tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Tencent/VooV Meeting/Webinar) is an advantage.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification or above is preferred.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English required; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Candidates with over 5 years of experience may be considered for senior grade.
