Job Responsibilities

• ‍Provide technical support for pre-sales proposals involving IP networks within enterprise private network environments.
• Manage technical aspects during project delivery and resolve major issues that arise after implementation.
• Support pre-sales, delivery, and after-sales activities for business-to-business customers’ dedicated line services, including Metro-E, Internet dedicated lines, and cross-border dedicated lines.
• Contribute to solution design, testing, and verification processes for the productization of business-to-business offerings.
• Assist in the development of business management platforms for enterprise customers and drive the creation of automated service provisioning capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• ‍Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess at least three years of experience in managing network systems.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Exhibit excellent analytical ability, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication competence.
• Hold CCNA or CCNP certifications that reflect solid networking fundamentals.
• Possess HCIA, HCIP, or HCIE Datacom certifications that demonstrate advanced expertise in data communication.
• Be proficient in the TCP/IP protocol stack and routing protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP.
• Be familiar with carrier-grade network technologies including MPLS, VPN, and QoS.
