Job Responsibilities‍

• Provide technical support for pre-sales proposals related to enterprise private network management systems and user experience management platforms.
• Manage technical aspects during project delivery and address critical issues that arise after implementation.
• Support integration and interfacing activities between enterprise private network management systems and the main telecom network.
• Oversee integration and docking processes within internal private network management systems.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure technical alignment, conduct testing, supervise acceptance procedures, and drive delivery progress.

Candidate Requirements

• ‍Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess at least three years of experience in managing network systems.
• Be familiar with 3GPP 5G processes and protocols.
• Have a strong understanding of the architecture of operator network management systems and user experience management platforms.
• Be knowledgeable about operator network maintenance processes, including issue resolution and handling customer complaints.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication competence.
• Show proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
