Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate products, services, and vendors to enhance infrastructure operations.
• Assess hardware, software, and cloud technologies to drive improvements in infrastructure performance.
• Advise on critical emerging technologies in application and infrastructure domains.
• Develop infrastructure platform strategies, directions, and roadmaps to meet business capability and capacity requirements.
• Support infrastructure teams in defining architecture standards and strategies aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, approvals, and root cause analysis for complex issues; develop strategies for governance, resilience, disaster recovery, and security in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
• Review and validate infrastructure solutions for complex or non-standard configurations proposed by project teams.
• Provide support for infrastructure-related tasks in accordance with IT support strategies for overseas branches.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk control guidelines, and internal governance standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Preferably 8+ years of IT experience with solid expertise in system architecture.
• Broad knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud), servers, networks, endpoints, databases, middleware, virtualization, and application development tools/processes.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with excellent collaboration abilities.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISA are an advantage.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
