IT Digital Lead (SA)
Responsibilities:
• Lead digital and data managementprojects involving user requirement analysisand consolidation, applicationsystem design, agile implementation, UATevaluation, vendor management anddeployment follow up
• Assure quality deliverables by closely managingproject implementation,communicating effectively with different parties,identifying project risks inadvance, running
comprehensive QA tests, and maintaining a clearset of project and technicaldocumentations
• Understand business requirements & processesand transform into technicaldesign
• Translate CRM marketing needs and requests intotechnical requirements anduser stories for system enhancement and troubleshootsolutions for CRM andmarketing
automation, i.e. SF Marketing Cloud (SFMC) system
• Manage all technical aspects ofCRM and SFMCsystem, e.g. data sync, data storage management, dataanonymization, systemsintegrations, third party applications, and customdevelopment
• Oversee websites, mobile appand Mini Program ofSwire Hotels
• Provide system/ infrastructure/ website/ mobileapp maintenance, deployment& IT applications support
• Evaluate feasibility andresource requirementsfor system enhancement
• Act as the key point of contact and collaboratewith internal teams andexternal vendors on system related matters
•Perform any additional duties as assigned by theDirector of IT
Requirements:
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in IT field with3-4 years of experience inleading and developing large-scale systems and working closely with Marketing team
• A recognised University degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Knowledge/ experience in digital web & app development, server setup &integration
• Familiar with latest web development technologies such as Azure, AWS, DevOps, along with React and React native, JavaScript, JS Framework, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, SQL and .Net (C#); Google technologies experiences will be an advantage
• Sound understanding of technical architecture, APIs and overall system design• Experiences in websites performance tuning/monitoring for PRC &international end users, CDN deployment & security control measures, and loyalty engine preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality or international-scaleB2C industry and experience in working with Sitecore; good understanding of hotel quality and service standards preferred
• A good team player and a self-starter; resourceful, energetic, confident and guest oriented
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to work with cross functional teams
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
