Responsibilities

• ‍Lead the global IT function across Hong Kong, China, and the Americas, ensuring smooth operations for both manufacturing sites and corporate offices.
• Align local transformation initiatives with international stakeholder communication to maintain a unified global IT strategy.
• Drive digital transformation by deploying and optimizing ERP, MES, and smart factory systems.
• Oversee overseas IT projects, applying best practices from prior international implementations (e.g., Southeast Asia).
• Promote the integration of AI tools into daily workflows to modernize and streamline operations.

Requirements

• Strong background in manufacturing IT with expertise in ERP, MES, and digital factory systems.
• Proven success in international IT implementations, particularly in Southeast Asia.
• Experience introducing AI solutions into corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Energetic, transformation-driven mindset, avoiding rigid or risk-averse approaches.
• Skilled at balancing local IT changes with effective global stakeholder communication.
• Target age range: 40–50.
• Fluent in English for international collaboration and willing to travel globally to support operations.
