Responsibilities

• Develop modernization strategies for legacy infrastructure including refresh, migration, and technical debt reduction
• Evaluate diversification across on‑premises, private, public, and hybrid cloud to minimize risks and optimize performance
• Support AI adoption with architecture guidance ensuring compliance, governance, and cybersecurity controls
• Participate in evaluations of products, services, and vendors for infrastructure improvement
• Advise emerging technologies to enhance resilience and scalability
• Develop platform strategies and roadmaps to meet capability and capacity requirements
• Support standards enabling scalable, high‑performance environments
• Conduct reviews for complex issues and develop strategies for governance, resilience, and disaster recovery
• Analyze platform issues and validate solutions for non‑standard configurations
• Support overseas branches in line with IT support strategy
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and risk management policies

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• 8+ years’ experience in IT system architecture and infrastructure technologies
• Broad knowledge across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google, Alibaba), server, network, endpoint, database, middleware, and virtualization
• Collaboration skills with strong teamwork and facilitation abilities
• Analytical skills for complex infrastructure challenges
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISA advantageous
• Communication skills including negotiation and stakeholder engagement
• Language proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred
