IT infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more projects focused on IT infrastructure covering the area of Data Center, Systems, Network and Security as well as End User Computing Services.
- Design and implement IT Infrastructure system that meets the project requirement as well as follows the security-by-design approach.
- To lead, plan, execute, and commission projects according to scope, schedule and within budget. This includes managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Ensure that projects are completed within the defined scope and time frame.
- Perform quality assurance and risk management throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and control the project progress, budget, cost, resources, schedule and deliverables.
- Manage and assign subordinates to deliver and perform project tasks in a well-organized manner.
- Manage vendor performance and their deliverables.
- Conduct cybersecurity assessment at all aspects in due course.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage internal/external relationships.
- Conduct effective meetings with team members and stakeholders while ensuring that all meetings are minuted, actions assigned with deadlines and published.
- Provide regular project status updates and relevant reports to management.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation to meet the project's need.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in IT infrastructure project planning and management.
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure technologies.
- Technical skill on server and system administration (Windows and Linux), Active directory and GPO, Backup and DR, virtualization technology (VMware), endpoint management with SCCM / MECM, knowledgeable in zero-day solutions such as XDR, and also in Windows based trouble shooting skill.
- Technical skill on network devices such as Huawei, H3C, Cisco products.
- Experience in IT security products such as Firewall (Fortinet), Endpoint protection (McAfee), Email Security etc.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiar with IT project lifecycle, contract administration and vendor management.
- Certificate in PMP/CISSP/CISA is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
