IT PMO Officer
Kwun Tong (APM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with staff onboarding, offboarding, and related HR processes.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for contractor renewals.
  • Keep contractor records and assignment details current.
  • Work closely with HR and IT to ensure contracts are renewed on time.
  • Organize interview timetables and reserve meeting rooms.
  • Handle logistics between candidates and interview panels.
  • Provide administrative support during recruitment (no direct interviewing required).
  • Help coordinate staff training sessions and departmental events.
  • Maintain accurate files for IT assets, contracts, and administrative records.
  • Support IT teams with reporting, filing, and documentation tasks.
  • Track pending requests and ensure workflows are completed promptly.
  • Review timesheet submissions for workload analysis.
  • Follow up on missing or incorrect timesheet entries.
  • Keep staff lists and related information updated.
  • Manage room booking requests and liaise with facilities teams.
  • Deliver day‑to‑day assistance for PMO activities as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT operations or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or ITSM systems is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
