- Responsible for system design, development, testing and maintenance, including the support on company’s application systems, such as web application systems, mobile App and backend systems.
- Participate in key IT-projects using Epicor to facilitate business expansion such as gathering user requirements and recommend best practice solutions.
- Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to solve issues.
- Support CN IT Team on IT internal infrastructure strategy, architecture, and security matters
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver training where appropriate.
