Responsibilities

• Lead platform projects including evergreening and solution deployments for private cloudManage IT projects across application, infrastructure, operations, security, and procurement teams
• Perform project management functions including preparation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control
• Collaborate with departments to manage IT tasks in projects led by other divisions
• Manage budgets and liaise with procurement to verify estimates and expenditures
• Lead feasibility studies and assist business users in justification and prioritization
• Plan projects in scope, schedule, cost, resources, security, quality, and communication
• Prepare documentation and review deliverables
• Monitor execution resolving constraints in scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and risk
• Identify issues and resolve risks with consideration of progress and quality
• Enforce standards following system development, architecture, and security directives
• Liaise with users to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and progress alignment
• Coordinate IT teams including application, architecture, procurement, PaaS, security, and operations
• Define communication plans and report project status with risks to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and standards
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements‍

• University degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in system implementation or IT project management
• Leadership skills with strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation abilities
• Communication skills with effective reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Self-motivated with decision-making and conflict management capabilities
• Team player able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Certifications such as PMP or CSM advantageous
• Banking project experience in infrastructure or API projects preferred
• Language proficiency in English, Chinese, and fair Mandarin
