Job Summary
We seek an experienced Infrastructure Platform Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of our enterprise storage and backup platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring the bank’s core infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and resilient. Beyond technical expertise, it requires strategic vision, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing storage solutions and safeguarding data integrity.

Key Responsibilities‍

• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for infrastructure platforms, focusing on modernization, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to teams managing 24/7 critical platform services in line with bank standards.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of platform technologies, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance and reliability meet business needs.Administer and support SAN, NAS, and cloud storage environments.
• Automate storage management tasks using scripting and tools.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all storage platforms.
• Perform backup and recovery operations, optimizing systems for efficiency and performance.
• Maintain documentation for storage procedures and configurations.
• Manage enterprise storage provisioning, monitoring, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Deliver effective capacity planning to meet evolving business requirements.
• Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Enforce change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for platform technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and storage management.
• Hands-on expertise with storage and backup solutions across multiple platforms.
• Industry certifications such as EMC, NetApp, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in storage management tools and software.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security best practices in regulated environments.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Ability to develop strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, and present technology plans to senior management.
• Advanced analytical and root-cause problem-solving capabilities.
