IT System Analyst

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for system development (full SDLC) including feasibility study, system analysis, design, development, testing, system implementation, training, documentation, support and maintenance on an application for supply chain.
Lead a development team to oversee and monitor all stages of the development cycle and communicate with business stakeholders.
Offer technical solutions or options to support business requirements with consideration of scalability, robustness and system performance.
Perform team management, coaching, and staff development planning.
A member of the support team (end-user and operation support) overseeing the support and maintenance activities including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years solid development experiences and well versed the fill development life cycle
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
Strong technical background in designing, developing and performance tuning web-based systems
Hands on experience in Java, Microsoft SQL (T-SQL)
Proficient understanding including:
HTTP Protocol Servlet, Spring-boot, Mybatis, Spring Cloud
Client-side scripting: JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS
Linux, Redis and MQ
Experience in MicoService/Containers is preferred
Business knowledge in supply chain and freight forwarding is a plus
Analytical, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure of meeting deadlines
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication (both written and oral) skills
Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) & English
Business travel as required
