Responsibilities:
- Delivered first- and second-level technical support for computer hardware, software, printers, VoIP systems, and guest internet connectivity.
- Oversaw and maintained servers, LAN/WAN networks, and specialized hospitality systems including PMS, POS, and key card platforms.
- Provided guest-facing IT assistance, troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues in guest rooms, event spaces, and public areas.
- Installed, configured, and upgraded hardware and software across workstations to ensure optimal performance.
- Implemented security protocols such as backups and antivirus protection, safeguarding data confidentiality and compliance.
- Maintained accurate inventory records of IT assets, software licenses, and technology policies.
- Coordinated with external vendors for equipment repairs, upgrades, and service support
Requirements:
- Earned a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Possess 1–2+ years of IT support experience, with preference for roles in the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated strong technical expertise in Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and desktop hardware.
- Excel in communication, guest-focused service, problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.
- Familiar with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera), considered an advantage.
- Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and shifts, supporting 24/7 hotel operations.
