Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise application solutions to support business and operational objectives
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and development deliverables
• Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and user satisfaction
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and bridge business expectations with technical solutions
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and resilient systems
• Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solution architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies
• Lead AI-driven initiatives and promote best practices for intelligent application development
• Support large-scale application modernization, migration, and transformation programs
• Contribute to solution architecture design, technical governance, and continuous system improvement

Requirements‍

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 4+ years' hands-on experience in Java application development
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
• Experience in system design, application architecture, and solution development
• Proven experience delivering Java migration or legacy system modernization projects
• Familiarity with large-scale data migration initiatives and data conversion activities
• Experience supporting or maintaining Oracle Forms-based applications is highly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis effectively
• Experience leading development teams in enhancement delivery, debugging, and technical problem resolution
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of AI technologies such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks is advantageous
• Experience leading AI adoption or AI implementation projects is preferred
• Previous exposure to public sector, statutory body, or government-related projects is highly desirable
• Willingness to work between headquarters in Shek Mun and project sites when required, including occasional on-site support at airport locations
• Adaptable and able to quickly learn new technologies and business systems
