Responsibilities

• Lead development activities for platforms supporting business growth and trading operations
• Plan tasks and manage requests from business users, vendors, and internal teams
• Review platform performance and recommend system enhancements and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with development teams to define and document solution designs and system integrations
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers
• Perform unit and functional testing to ensure solution quality and stability
• Deliver software solutions on schedule while maintaining development standards
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and mandatory training obligations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related discipline
• 8+ years' experience in IT systems delivery within banking, securities, or financial institutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities
• Knowledge of FIX and exchange connectivity protocols is advantageous
• Understanding of OMS, EMS, and Cash Equities trading concepts is preferred
• Experience with low‑latency technologies and event‑driven architectures such as LMAX Disruptor
• Familiarity with development tools including Git and Jira
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and delivery practices
• Experience with Maven build and deployment processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required
