Responsibilities

• Architect, build, maintain, and support high-capacity network and firewall environments across public sector multi-data center facilities.
• Oversee network infrastructure projects, coordinate team assignments, and direct vendor deliverables.
• Partner with systems and application engineering teams to ensure seamless network integration.
• Perform routine maintenance and technical support for enterprise network systems.
• Drive vendor accountability and oversee the execution of operational tasks.
• Provide technical assistance for special infrastructure initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

• Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 9 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on network infrastructure implementation.
• Valid professional certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise/Routing & Switching, Juniper Networks Certified Professional Enterprise (JNCIP-ENT), or an equivalent industry credential.
• Practical expertise and strong working knowledge of major vendor hardware and primary networking protocols.
• Proven background in enterprise system integration projects or network maintenance and support contracts.
• Strong collaborative mindset and effective team working skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese and English with solid communication capabilities.
