About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep experience in infrastructure automation and AI/ML technologies to join our rapidly expanding team. Reporting to the Director of Solution Architects, you will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to help customers design, validate, and implement platform for cloud-native and AI/ML workloads. You’ll work directly with technical leaders — Developers, DevOps engineers, SREs, and Architects — as well as business stakeholders to demonstrate value, accelerate adoption, and serve as a trusted technical advisor. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of On-prem, Cloud, Kubernetes, Automation, AI infrastructure, and AI/ML services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to help customers understand and maximize the value of infrastructure orchestration and AI/ML operations capabilities.
• Lead discovery sessions with DevOps, SRE, and platform teams to identify challenges, use cases, and desired business outcomes.
• Design solution architectures and implementation strategies to automate infrastructure provisioning, governance, and AI/ML workload orchestration.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements that highlight platform differentiators.
• Address technical concerns by working closely with product and engineering teams to develop effective solutions.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for prospective customers, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and hands-on support in complex environments.
• Act as a customer advocate by translating needs into product feedback and contributing to roadmap discussions.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, meetups, and conferences through presentations, workshops, and technical content.
• Travel to customer sites and events as required (up to 35%).

Requirements

• 5+ years in a pre-sales or customer-facing solution architect/sales engineering role for enterprise cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or hybrid-cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure automation, Kubernetes, containers, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, on-prem).
• Ability to clearly and confidently communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven success supporting the full pre-sales cycle — from discovery through close.
• Background in software engineering, DevOps, or systems architecture.
• Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including GPU/accelerated computing and AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their infrastructure requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNCF ecosystem technologies.
• Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Ability to quickly absorb emerging technologies and articulate their value to enterprise customers.

Notes

This is a customer-facing, pre-sales Solutions Architect role supporting regional AEs. Success requires a blend of technical depth, storytelling, and demo expertise. It is a hands-on technical position with significant customer engagement responsibilities.
