Product Manager – C-end Card Business
Hong Kong
Responsibilities
- Own the full user lifecycle: map and optimize key journeys (onboarding, funding, card application, payments), identify friction points, and deliver seamless experiences that drive conversion and retention.
- Manage the demand lifecycle: gather, analyze, prioritize, and refine requirements; produce clear, high-quality PRDs and prototypes.
- Lead rapid, high-quality delivery: collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to ship polished features through planning, A/B testing, gray release, and full launch.
- Drive user growth: partner with Marketing and Operations to design creative growth initiatives (referrals, activation campaigns), leverage data for fast iteration, and scale the product to millions of users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of Product Management experience in internet, fintech, or consumer finance.
- Proven track record managing products with high DAU or large user bases; comfortable with complex flows and high-concurrency challenges.
- Fluent in English for cross-border collaboration; excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong logical thinking, attention to interaction design and user experience; proficient in Figma and SQL.
- High ownership, strong execution under pressure, and passion for building products people love.
- Additional advantages include experience with overseas credit cards, payments, or digital wallets; success in growth hacking, referral mechanics, or viral campaigns; and background in fast-paced, international fintech environments
