Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end channel strategy for card products (virtual and physical), covering pay-in/pay-out, funding, partner, distribution, and merchant channels.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new channel partners (global banks, payment institutions, aggregators, card networks, distributors, fintech platforms) to strengthen card issuance, top-up, and spending capabilities.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of channel integration: research, PRD creation, technical onboarding, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, marketing, and business development teams to ensure channels are stable, secure, scalable, and compliant across jurisdictions.
• Monitor channel performance using key metrics (activation rate, transaction volume, conversion, cost per acquisition, retention) and apply data-driven insights to iterate and improve.
• Work with product and design teams to enhance user flows and features that improve channel efficiency and satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in crypto payments, card networks (Visa, Mastercard), and emerging channel technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, cards, or crypto, with a strong focus on channel/product management.
• Proven success leading full end-to-end integrations with international card networks (Visa/Mastercard), payment processors, and Apple Pay.
• Deep understanding of card products, payment rails, stablecoins, and regulatory requirements across key markets (HK, US, EU, Asia, Latin America).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions; proficiency in SQL or analytics tools preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for fintech/crypto innovation and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.
