‍Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and continuous improvement of the company’s risk control system, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and scalable.
• Build and refine frameworks for transaction compliance, fraud prevention, anti-arbitrage, and anti-money laundering.
• Develop a deep understanding of business logic and user behavior to design effective risk control strategies and system features.
• Establish and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards, analyze large-scale business data to detect abnormal patterns, and propose actionable improvements.
• Prepare clear and high-quality product documentation while collaborating closely with Engineering, Algorithm, Data, and Business teams to ensure smooth deployment.
• Drive timely system development, testing, and launch, taking ownership of risk control effectiveness and overall product performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Algorithms, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in product design or risk control.
• Knowledge of transaction compliance, fraud prevention, anti-arbitrage, or anti-money laundering is a strong advantage.
• Strong data analysis skills with keen sensitivity to anomalies.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data extraction or analytics tools.
• Ability to identify issues through data and drive ongoing product iteration.
• Clear logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across teams.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong command of written and spoken English, with confidence using it as a daily working language.
